Assistant Site Manager – TIER 1 Housebuilder – Salary up to £45k
A Tier 1 Housebuilder, who build Nationwide, require an Assistant Site Manager for a large traditional build development in Luton or Milton Keynes. You will receive support with development and encouraged to progress within the company.
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will provide onsite assistance to complete projects on time and within budget, reporting to the Site Manager. You will monitor the availability and costs of materials and equipment and relay instructions to construction laborers.
Project: You will be the Assistant Site Manager on a Traditional build Residential development in either Milton Keynes or Luton. Depending on your location.
Assistant Site Manager Experience Required: Residential build experience for a developer, preferably on large residential developments, houses and flats. Traditional build experience is a must.
