As Head of Delivery here at Usurpo, I support and manage the resource of specialist candidates. At any one time I’ll be working to fill multiple jobs in varying skill sets for our portfolio of clients. We focus on core markets, Cyber Security, Enterprise software, and Tech.
Being a master of delivery means my end goal is fill any position given, with our excellent database and working alongside our specialist consultants gives me the best chance for this. I strive to help my candidates in finding their next job, which will in turn bring our clients the best talent to benefit and maximise their company's potential. I am extremely organised, which you need to be when managing multiple roles at any one time, I do love pen and paper and a good old checklist!
Coming from a background in Beauty Therapy, my customer service is second to none. Being a very social industry I can gain knowledge about someone on a more personal level and build professional relationships which I feel is very important. You have people coming to you with all different needs/expectations of their next career move, you need to listen and consult to uncover the key needs and desires to deliver the ultimate outcome for them as an individual.

Outside of work I have a very large family which keeps me busy trying to get round to seeing them all. Being 1 of 2 girls with 4 brothers, I have grown up around gaming which has brought out the competitive side of me and has also become a strength to have in my chosen career path!
