Where to start learning about Crypto?

Keep hearing about Crypto and wondering where even to start learning about it?

Here are some of the free resources that I use/used to get my head around some of the concepts in the beginning:

Odyssey DAO — Easily digestible information in layman’s terms for the majority, with a simple and clean interface to easily navigate through.

The Dailly Ape — The “Beginner’s Resources” section here is incredible; it has a comprehensive list of pretty much all the basics with links to multiple different platforms from podcasts to reading lists to tweets, etc.

— Podcasts — I mostly listen to Bankless as I have limited free time, but some other honorable mentions that I do listen to from time to time would be Zero Knowledge Podcast, Unchained, The Daily Gwei

Whiteboard Crypto YouTube Channel — If reading isn’t your thing, then this channel has a great collective of videos that are not only informative but fun to watch — There is a reason the channel has 800k subscribers.

Messari’s Crypto Theses for 2022 — Ryan Selkis smashed out the park with this one — crazy to think something that started as a Twitter thread ended up being this comprehensive and lengthy

Joel John’s Reading list (@joel_john95) — There are likely numerous reading lists you’ll find on Twitter threads, but this was one of the first ones I came across, with over 338 articles to stab at a pretty good reading list to use.

— Crypto Twitter (CT)- Bit more of a controversial resource because there is so much shit put out there, and the noise can be drowning, but there are some absolute gems on there (Be mindful that most will have their own agenda and you shouldn’t click random links)

There are multiple other resources equally as good, if not better, across the web, with the majority of them being free — the space really does want the information available to everyone and anyone with an internet connection.

Web3 is the future; why not start to learn now?
