In the Building Control Project Manager role ultimately your responsibility will be to ensure Projects (ranging from domestic to commercial construction works) are carried out in adherence to Building Regulations.
Specific tasks include:
This is a home-based role but you will ideally be based in Lincolnshire.
The standard working hours for this role are 8.30am - 5pm.
The successful Building Control Project Manager:
You will need to possess direct experience of Building Control and be Chartered (CABE, RICS, CIOB...).
Additionally you must have experience within the Project Management element of Building Control.

The basic salary for this role is up to £48,000 per annum plus car allowance and the opportunity for bonuses.
