The Company:

Based in Lincoln, in an ideal location, this company have built a loyal customer base UK wide. They have worked tirelessly to develop their software and their overall offering to their clients, but also to develop a workplace where people want to work.

The role of Customer Service Support:

In this role you'll take responsibility for Customers once they have brought, and implemented, the software - meaning you are key in ensuring the software is working for Customers in the way they need it to be.

To be successful in this role what do I need?

You'll need prior experience working in a Customer Support role, ideally within Software or the wider IT sector but other sectors will be considered.

Additionally it would be an added advantage to have SQL experience.

What will they offer me?

A salary between £18,000 - £25,000 DOE.
