In the Building Inspector role you'll report to the Regional Manager and will be primarily responsible for providing site inspections throughout your designated area to ensure works comply with companies technical manuals and building regulations.
Specific tasks include:
- Working closely with contractors and developers to offer technical advice
- Recording inspection details and liaising with other surveyors as required
- Carrying out developer assessments throughout the project life
This is a field-based role covering the Tottenham region with working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
To be considered for the Building Inspector role you will need to possess direct experience of site inspection and defect resolution. We also need you to have prior experience of latent defect management.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
We need you to be able to travel throughout your designated area and hold a full UK driving license.
The basic salary for the Building Inspector role is between £38,000 - £55,000 per annum dependent on experience.
