So what's the actual role of Building Control Project Manager?
Firstly, you will be based from home and anywhere within Essex. Managing your own diary you'll be given autonomy and be able to make your diary work for you.
Your day to day role will be a full scope of Building Control duties from assessing initial building regulation applications to final certificates. Duties including:
- Pre and post design negotiations
- Initial notices
- Resolving any design issues
- Ensuring projects are completed as agreed
- Checking design drawings
- Providing technical advice and support to the client
So, what's on offer for the successfully appointed Building Control PM?
A salary up to £48,000 per annum, DOE & Chartership.
Location allowance paid monthly.
