Location: City of London

Salary: up to £100k base- OTE £145k year 1, £170k-180k year 2 (plus equity)

The Company:

Our client is a multi-discipline recruitment firm operating at mid-senior level. They have a current turnover of c £130 million.

They have a great culture and look to hire mature, experienced salespeople / recruiters. They operate a LTIP scheme which as a Director, you will be eligible for in 3 years (taxed at 10%) that could pay life changing money (up to 75p for every £1 profit made).

About the Role:

You will inherit a profit centre. The team currently comprises two parts: Change & Transformation is managed by someone who has been with the company for 8 years. Technology is managed by someone who has been in the FS Change sector for over a decade.

The team trades with dozens of UK-based clients currently and has operated at every stage of their transformation lifecycle. The team is contract-focused and currently has over 190 contractors on assignment across the existing client portfolio, which represents an incredible platform for additional growth.

The profit centre currently comprises of 7 heads, NFI is £2.7M and profit is £1M.

Typical mandates include: • Programme Manager • Head of Change • Business Analyst • PMO Analyst • DevOps Manager • Enterprise Architect • UAT Analyst

The Role: - day to day

You will have the potential to build and lead a headcount of at least 12 reports and manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of your team. In addition, you will have had experience of growing both profit and revenue, attracting experienced talent into your team, managing managers and both creating and driving a high-performance culture.

You will live and breathe the core values of the organisation and be heavily involved in building long term relationships both internally and externally.

The Candidate:

You will be a proven recruiter with the experience of running a team of 10+. You will have run a P&L in either Tech or Change into any Financial markets.

You will be a natural leader who can inspire and mentor your team. This a non-billing role so you will have the experience of winning and nurturing client relationships.
