Opportunity for an Internal Recruiter

You will be working for a specialist, market leading Digital and Technology Recruitment Company based in the heart of London. Since starting in 2008, the business has grown to over 150 consultants and are looking to double that over the next 3 years between their offices in London and the US (opportunities to travel to NY office).

*Ideal opportunity for an existing contingent recruitment consultant looking to move away from 360 recruitment and into a consultative delivery role where you will be an integral part of growing the company*

You will be a focal point of contact for both internal stakeholders and prospective candidates, nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders and a pipeline of external talent to help the business reach its hiring and revenue objectives.

Earning potential of Internal Recruiter

£35-45k basic salary + commission

Looking to grow from 150 to 300 people by 2024

Placement Commission Structure:

  • £750 = (Applied) Associates/Operations/Delivery Consultants
  • £1.5k = (Self Sourced) Associates/Operations/Delivery Consultants
  • £2.5k = Consultant/Senior Delivery Consultant/Senior Researcher
  • £3k = Senior Consultant
  • £5k = Managing/Principals/Exec Senior Consultants
  • £7k = Head of Practice/Manager/Senior Manager
  • £9k = Director/AD/Divisional head

Currently have an IR / TA taking home £80k+ in 2021.

Training for Internal Recruiter

You will be working closely alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition who has 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Your first 3 months will consist of a hybrid training course where you will be learning how to find the best candidates in the market, how to control the process and how to identify who is the best fit for this company specifically and why.

All training is personalised to individual needs (not one size fits all).

Required skills of an Internal Recruiter

Desirable experience:

  • 2 years+ Recruitment experience
  • HR experience ideally
  • Customer care experience
  • Experience working to targets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-pace and competitive environment
  • Confident, driven, and enthusiastic
  • A real passion for wanting to be successful and progress in your career!
