An exceptional opportunity for a proven Tech recruiter looking for a non-billing role to spear head the Key Accounts team for one of London’s premium brands.
Job Title: Head of Delivery (non-billing)
Salary: up to £80k-90k base, £120k OTE year 1 + share option scheme (paid out at 10%).
Location: Central London
WFH: 2 days per week

The Company:
Our client is a reputable Technology recruitment agency. They are one of the major players in the market employing c250 people. They are looking to double that by 2025 when they have an event planned. (They have recently turned down 3 offers).
The company has a crazy average tenure with many in the business with 8+ years. They are renowned for looking after their staff.
They have a mature culture with hungry, driven employees who deliver an average billing of £300k per head for those with 2+ years’ experience. They have multiple seven figure billers.
The Role:
You will inherit a team of 6 people with the ambition of growing this team to at least 20 people, within 2 years.
Our client has key accounts established with 6 high value clients. These include Burberry, Lloyds of London, Shell, and Costa.
You will be responsible for being the main point of contact for these clients and ensuring your Delivery team are meeting set objectives. You will be driving the growth of the team and helping the consultants develop.
You will report into a director of the business.
