Job Title: Head of Europe- Tech recruitment

Salary: £80k OTE £160k-200k

Location: Liverpool Street, London

The Agency:

Our client is a specialist Technology recruitment agency incepted a decade ago. They employ 150 people across 6 global offices.

They possess an enviable balance sheet and are run by an SMT who have been with each other since day one.

Unlike many firms who talk about a sale, our client realised this by selling 50% of their business to a Private Equity firm in 2019. They will complete the sale in several years when they next stage of growth is achieved.

This means people joining at a senior level can realise a pay out in the next event.

The Role:

You will work with Business Managers to look where you can land and expand their accounts into Europe as well as build out a new client base.

You will be given the green light to hire a team from day one and with the support of the board, will grow the European business a sizeable profit centre.

Whilst from day one you might be expected to get your hands dirty; your main priority will be around the client side and growing / overseeing the team.

What are we looking for?

• Proven recruiter with c 7+ years’ experience in the Tech markets
• Exposure to working the EU markets
• Demonstrated an ability to build, grow and run a team of 6-10+
• An excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial flare
• A structured operator adept at running a strong process
• Have the drive and ambition to build and keep building
