An exceptional opportunity for a proven Tech recruiter looking for a non-billing role working with one of London’s best brands.

Job Title: Senior Manager- Architecture (non-billing)

Salary: up to £80k-90k base, £150k OTE year 1 + share option scheme (paid out at 10%).

Location: Central London

WFH: 2 days per week

The Company:

Our client is a reputable Technology recruitment agency. They are one of the major players in the market employing c250 people. They are looking to double that by 2025 when they have an event planned. (They have recently turned down 3 offers).

The company has a crazy average tenure with many in the business with 8+ years. They are renowned for looking after their staff.

They have a mature culture with hungry, driven employees who deliver an average billing of £300k per head for those with 2+ years’ experience. They have multiple seven figure billers.

The Role:

You will inherit a team of 5. This is a team that pre Covid was 8. You will be tasked with building, training, and retaining a team that can reach c 20 people within 2.5-3 years. It delivers both Contract and Permanent solutions.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the business has A grade relationships in place. Our client is known for their high levels of service. They are a premium brand.

Our client has 5 profit centres including a training and development school. Your team will be able to sell into all 5 and earn off each transaction. This makes breaking doors down easier rather, than going into new clients with a standard ‘recruitment pitch’!

You will have a target to reach Associate Director level that requires running a team generating c £3milllion.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Track record in having run a team of c 8pax and above
  • Proven at training and developing consultants
  • A superb business originator who can also maintain excellent client relationships
  • Able to help attract excellent entry level and experienced consultants
  • Be a team player. Our client is as collaborative as you get with the whole business very much pulling together to deliver success.
  • Come from any Tech market- either perm or contract
