We’re currently working with Ohios fastest growing ISP in the search for a NOC Supervisor to help cover operations and strategic growth in 4 locations covering MI, IN and OH.

You’ll be in charge of the overseeing functionality and operations of the Network.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the Network Operation Center (NOC)
• Quality assurance of NOC Support tickets and interactions with customers
• Oversee respect to and development of Process and Procedures
• Coordinate assigned schedules of NOC staff for 24 x 7 x 365 shift coverage
• Perform quarterly performance reviews with assigned team

Required Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Experience in team leadership / employee development (NOC, IT or telecommunications environment preferred)
• Well versed in fiber optics and fiber optic

Must be available to travel on a limited and pre-scheduled basis
