RM Recruit are delighted to be working with a fantastic forward-thinking charity based in Rugby who are on the lookout for a part-time Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis working c18 hours per week. Our client is able to offer excellent flexible, hybrid working arrangements with an option to work the 18 hours as you wish across Monday-Friday.
You will undertake key financial processing duties for this dynamic charity reporting directly to the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or available on short notice.

As the ideal candidate, you will be AAT part qualified or qualified by experience. Experience of SAGE payroll is highly advantageous for this role. As the ideal candidate you will possess experience of working in the third sector, however, candidates with relevant experience from outside the sector will also be considered. You will possess good, practical knowledge of purchase & sales ledger. You will be an organised and confident communicator with the ability to work on own initiative. You will possess excellent attention to detail and be a well organised individual, capable of managing and prioritising workload on a day-to-day basis.
