Exciting contract opportunity to provide L3 support as well as Project Delivery for aclient who has a number of technologies and office locations that needs support.
The technology that needs to be supported on a day-to-day basis resides in a number of locations.
The other aspect is Project related activities which at the moment is around deploying new platform hardwares (Cloud Services Gateway) to the clients' sites to upgrade to a newer compute, network and virtualisation platform for the remote offices. So, experience in delivering projects and working with the client to meet the deliverables will be important.
There will be a requirement to investigate and remediate any alerts that are raised by our internal monitoring systems or issues that are raised by the client, physically attend site (in the UK) to replace faulty hardware, cables etc. There may be call outs after hours where a P1 occurs (this is rare but if it does happen just need to be aware we would need this person to be available to assist us).
There may also be other requirements from a Project perspective to work on new network designs, installs and configurations for different clients of A24.
