Our client is one of the most successful estate agents in Horley and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales or Lettings Negotiator to join them and be part of an phenomenal team. Doing the double the deals than any of their nearest competitors this is a company where you can step in and accelerate your career to the next level and make some serious money with a local reputable agent.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong track record in hitting targets in either sales or lettings . If you only have experience in one area you will still be considered and our client will train you on the other side of the role to an exceptionally high standard.

Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator duties to include

. Registering incoming enquiries
· Responding to tenant/buyer enquiries and viewing requests
· Conduct viewings for both sales and lettings properties
· Negotiating offers
· Booking property valuations and answering general enquiries from potential clients
. Maintaining close contact with landlords/vendors/tenants and buyers and providing excellent levels of customer service

On offer for the successful candidate:-

Basic up to £25,000 depending on experience

An OTE of £45,000+ including monthly bonuses and incentives

Parking permit fully funded

Please note you must hold a Full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
