Lettings Negotiator – Bow – £18,000-£20,000 Basic £55,000 - £65,000 OTE

Our clients, an independent, award-winning Estate Agency are looking for a confident and motivated Lettings Negotiator for their Bow office. This is an agency who have an excellent reputation in the area for winning business and the Bow office presents a busy and fun environment, as well as fantastic training and progression opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about achieving great results for customers, providing excellent levels of customers service whilst also helping to push the business forward to expand and grow even further.

This office banks around £2,000,000 per year on both sales and lettings.

Duties to include:

• Registering new applicants, booking, and carrying out viewings
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers. Negotiating and closing deals
• Qualifying tenant enquiries
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants to encourage repeat business and recommendations

Requirements for the Lettings Negotiator

• Must be confident with proven track record
• Must be enthusiastic, display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills
• Full UK driving license

On offer for the Lettings Negotiator - Bow

• Basic salary £18,000 - £20,000 dependant on experience plus commission, with realistic on target earnings of £55,000-£65,000
• Generous car allowance of £2500/£3000 per annum
• End of year bonus
• Career progression on offer

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm (day off in lieu every week)

Candidates must hold a full driving licence and have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator
