Title: Streetlighting Supervisor
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire 
Offer: Permanent PAYE £40,000 - £48,000 (company car/van + fuel card, 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare, laptop and mobile phone)
 
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Streetlighting client for a Streetlighting Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis in the Chesham area! The company are also involved in projects around Streetlighting, Festive Lighting and EV Charging Electric projects!

As the Streetlighting Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing their street lighting operatives, ensuring that projects are being run in a safe and efficient manner. Including being responsible for carrying out Supervising duties to teams of Streetlighting Engineers, toolbox talks, PPE checks, monitoring and recording plant, labour and materials.
 
The Streetlighting Supervisor will be based on projects between Chesham and Wendover locations.

Streetlighting Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Preparing and updating health and safety plans, method statements, risk assessments, SSOW and environmental plans, ensuring that all new sites or new work orders have the appropriate documentation in place.
• Delivering toolbox talks, safety alerts, daily briefings, safety tours and near miss reporting are completed as per company requirements.
• Planning work and resources, building programs and spending profiles whilst also updating spreadsheets.
• Recording, monitoring and maintaining records of plant, labour and materials and to assist in monthly internal commercial reporting and external contract performance reporting.

 
Requirements & Qualifications for the Streetlighting Supervisor role:

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualifications or CSCS Supervisor Gold card
• NRSWA streetworks (preferably Supervisory level, but would consider at Operative level)
• G39 (DESIRABLE)
• Must be happy to work outside
• Full UK Driving License (ESSENTIAL)
