Title: Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Caterham/ South London clients
Permanent / Full Time / PAYE role
£35,000 - £45,000 (Van, Fuel, 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare, chances to progress)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our M&E Building Services client for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join them on a permanent basis in the Caterham area to service clients throughout Surrey and South London!

My client is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer, someone who knows their way around a Plant Room and has electrical/mechanical building plant equipment experience with chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc.

They’re happy to consider Improver’s to train up into the role, otherwise they’d prefer an experienced Engineer to join their varied team!

Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:

• Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
• Check and inspect electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
• Respond to re-active works.
• Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc
• Basis handyman skills
• Knowledge of Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment.

Desirable Certificates and Experience:

• Certified in 17th/ 18th edition
• Must be able to read and work to mechanical and electrical schematic drawings.
• Electrical/Mechanical engineering qualifications
• Basic plumbing skills
