HSEQ Co-Ordinator
Title: SHEQ Coordinator Location: **REMOTE WORK** Office based in Chelmsford (for interview etc.)
Contract: (10 month Fixed Term Contract initially) Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 (24 days holiday, pension, healthcare etc.) We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Highway Maintenance and Construction client for a SHEQ Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis in Chelmsford!
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing SHEQ documentation, and control companywide documents including uploading to the Management System.

My client is happy to see those with little, to no H&S experience, their preference is to see applications with a background of Data Management. H&S would be an advantage for the role.
Job Description- Manage the Inspection, Audit and Visible Felt Leadership programme.
- Maintain the BSI relationship and ensuring continued certification across business contracts to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 44001, 55001, 19650.
- Maintain and develop HSEQ documentation and control companywide documents including upload to the Management System.
- Prepare internal and external HSEQ reports; including H&S reporting for shareholders and Clients as required.
- System management for internal systems including: SharePoint Document Management System, Activ Legal Register, Notify Incident Management and Triopsis.
Requirements & Experience- Experience in Data Management and Entry is ESSENTIAL for this role
- SHEQ background would be an advantage for the role
- Experience with SharePoint would be an advantage
- Industry recognised H&S or Data Management qualification desirable.
