Ground Maintenance Operative
Location: Basildon Depot  
£22,000 + Benefits (pension, 21 days holiday, sick cover and ongoing training/ chances to progress into Team Leader)!
Monday to Friday with OT available

We are currently seeking a number of GMO / Landscape Operative, on behalf of our industry leading and award winning client in Landscaping and Ground Maintenance.

We are seeking candidates with a background in Landscaping, Groundworks or manual work such as Labouring work, that are happy to undertake manual work in an outdoor environment.

These are permanent roles, further development and training is encouraged by the client. If youre striding towards further qualifications, my client will help you obtain them along with progression opportunities into Senior and Team Lead positions.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Mowing
• Strimming
• Bedding
• Planting
• Digging
• Backfill
• Boundary building
• Fence installs
• Using Leaf Blowers
• Maintaining Sports Grounds and Parks

Requirements;

• Full UK Driving Licence **REQUIRED**
• Manual Labour Experience (desired)
• Happy to work outdoors

Desirable;

• CSCS Card, not essential as the company will help you obtain one.
