We are recruiting for a Business Development/Account Manager role for one of our favourite clients in Yorkshire who have a really cool, chilled out offices in central Leeds. They are looking for grow their team to keep up with massive growth in their business service area, an area in which they are an early adaptor and now reaping the rewards at an unbelievable rate – their story is impressive!
This is a role that can be a mix of home/office working, loads of flexibility and fab benefits package, working a great bunch of colleagues.
The employer in question is doubling in size year-on-year, with COVID having been a catalyst for their impressive growth in what is a newly developed product area that is forecasted to explode in terms of size in the short to medium term. It’s the type of business you want to start working for now, not look back in in 3 years wishing you had.
This is not a role where you will be fighting for a piece of market share in a highly competitive or dwindling industry, their product/service sells itself, you just need to have the drive to get out there in front of the right people.
In this role you will develop business enquiries, working with c-suite leaders within businesses throughout the UK owning your own specialism, ultimately becoming the ‘go to’ subject matter expert in your vertical within the business. You will develop and bring relevant clients on board then manage their ongoing journey with the business, building trusting, transparent and mutually beneficial working relationships with those clients.
A background working in a technically focused role is all you need, perhaps Fields Sales or Recruitment areas (but want to get away from the coal face of recruitment, politics, endless KPI's but still earn the money) would be an obvious background for this role. If you have a background/interest supporting Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering or IT/Tech areas, this opportunity is likely to be one not to miss.
