Are you a talented Account Administrator, Account Executive or are you aiming to be one?

Can you demonstrate that you have previous experience of using software similar to Salesforce or Tharstern? Not essential though as training will be given.

If so then you could be perfect for my client.


The Role:

In the Account Administrator role you'll report to the Sales Director and will be primarily responsible for liaising with stakeholders both within the business (colleagues) and outside (clients) in the fulfilment of clients' bespoke jobs both in a timely and high quality manner that consistently exceeds thier expectations.

Specific tasks include:

Liaising with clients on there orders

Delegating work to internal teams and overseeing time frames on those works, taking ownership that timeframes are met

Identifying possible issues that may effect delivery of projects and take action to rectify

This position is based in the company's Birmingham office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.


The Candidate:

To be the right person for Account Administrator role you will need previous experience of using software similar to Salesforce or Tharstern

We also need you to have prior experience of working as part of a wider team, daily interaction with every part of the operational business.

It's also essential that you've got experience of managing multiple client projects/jobs seeing them through their project lifecycle, ensuring they are kept on track and developed on on time and as agreed when ordered.

It's important that you also have the following:

  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment, managing multiple stakeholders
  • A strong user knowledge of MS office packages
  • The attributes to personally insure tasks are completed, taking ownership as part of a wider collaborative team

You'll also need to be the following:

  • A strong communicator with the ability to ability to liaise with colleagues and clients effectively
  • A real team player, happy to provide support to other members, positive team attitude and willing to assist to complete team workload
  • Someone with a real eye for detail, able complete work without the need for supervision and work to deadlines

The Package:

The basic salary for the Account Administrator role is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus of up to £4,000 per annum should you hit your personal targets.
