A hands-on Accountant (ACMA), strong experience across FC, Finance Manager and Management Accounting roles, having supported 5 separate PE backed businesses.

- Notable experience:
- Alignment of accounting policies controls, and processes for new acquisition.
- Preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.
- Creation of opening and closing financial statements for new acquisition.
- Preparation of full year nominal account reconciliations and analysis.
- Report on reconciliation issues and recommend solutions.
- Creation of comprehensive client database.
- Preparation of annual revenue forecast by client.
- Preparation of statutory reporting schedules for major clients – allowing clients to monitor progress against agreed deadlines.
- Introduction of lead time schedules for all international regions.
- Transition of Sage 200 ledgers to Great Plains accounting software – involving clarification of requirements of new system, and conversion of existing data in to new system format.
- Reduction of month end process lead time from seven to four days – achieved through increased automation of processes, and utilisation of existing accounting package.
