Tell me more about the role...
You will be primarily responsible for managing the full cost life cycle on internal fit-out projects. Your role will see you manage a number of projects at any one time and ensure projects come in on budget and make a reasonable profit.

Based in the company's Hertfordshire office, you'll report to the Commercial Director and will be tasked with the following:
- Produce boq's
- Price variations
- Manage sub contractors


What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got experience of managing full cost life cycle of construction projects.

They'll also need you to have experience of:
- Pricing variations
- Producing bills of qauntities
- Managing final accounts
- Assessing sub contractor works and signing off for payment
- Drylining, facades, interior fit-out, sfs, brickwork, aluminium curtain walling

We need you to be able to travel to the site with a 60/40 split.

What can I earn?
This Quantity Surveyor position offers a basic salary between £35,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.

On top of this, you can expect to receive an additional bonus should the company hit its targets (details of which will be revealed on application)
