B2B Telesales Executive
Our client is currently seeking a B2B Sales Executive. As part of the role, the successful candidate must be an ambitious sales professional with proven experience in new business sales/ telesales.
The Role:
The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for prospecting, lead nurturing and closing a sale. You will be responsible for making outbound lead calls to prospective customers with existing systems already installed to introduce and sell a service plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- To make outgoing calls to known customers (warm) calls and cold calls to develop opportunities to targeted prospects or industries via telephone and email.
- Receive incoming calls from potential customers to secure a sale of a service contract.
- Developing and managing a pipeline of leads to prepare and issue a quotation.
- Following up on all quotations to close and secure the sale
- Upsell new/alternative products to existing customer base.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to confirm engineer availability
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system by keeping notes
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Personal Attributes/Professional Experience required
- Proven experience in new business sales/telesales
- A strong consultative influencer and competent negotiator
- Excellent telephone manner with a natural talent for accessing decision makers and building relationships
- Confident and a highly self-motivated team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Ability to learn about technical products and services and describe/explain them to customers
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, MS Office) and telephone systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take on new tasks, duties and responsibilities quickly and with confidence
- Organised and able to prioritise work loads
- Due to our client’s remote location, a full driving licence and your own transport is beneficial
Remuneration:
- Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 (OTE £38,000 - £40,000)
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Company Contributory Pension Scheme (5%) after probation period
