We are super excited to bring this role to Market – we are looking for a Social Media Programme Manager / Social Media Project Manager for a leading Motor Sports Giant in Milton Keynes.

As the Social Media Progamme Manager / Project Manager , you will play a pivotal part in augmenting social media communications, following a top-tier strategy set by the Senior Social Manager, Develop, Deliver and oversee the social media programming strategy, ensuring that social content is effectively scheduled and optimized for performance across channels. You’ll have a passion for Social Media, and Motor sports in Particular F1, and experince of Delivering Social Media Strategy.

We are looking for

• Proven experience in social media management and a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively (3 direct reports).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple digital marketing / Content projects simultaneously .
• Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring and interpreting social media metrics to drive strategic decisions.

This is a truly awesome opportunity for candidates who have managed the delivery of Social Media Strategy, Reporting into the Snr Head of Social media, and running 3 direct Reports in the Social Media / Content Team. You’ll work on delivering the Social and Content strategy across the Brand in line with its high profile partners, and working on fan Engagement and Community Strategy.
