We are pleased to be working exclusively with world leading British Manufacturer, with an exciting green-field opportunity, for an experienced Social Media Manager and Digital content Creator. We are looking for a talented Snr Social Media & Video Content Specialist to join a global buisiness and help build the Social Media presnece. The candidate we're seeking an experienced for Social Media Marketing specialist but a passion for producing creative and thought-provoking content, and always searching for new ways to inspire and engage via social media.

Working closely with the Marketing Director to create and execute a brand-new social media strategy with a focus on video content / livestreaming. You'll take ownership of social media and have the creative freedom to express your ideas and truly make your mark for a company that builds cutting-edge machinery utilised by some of the biggest Global Brands!!

Role responsibilities

• Creating engaging digital content (text, images and videos) across a range of social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Scripting, filming and editing regular videos for social media - with regular duties involving narration and hosting interviews/ Q&As.

• Developing and executing a content calendar with content themes and formats tailored to each social media platform and target audience.

• Ensuring all content is well-researched, well-written and presented in line with the company's branding and marketing strategy.

• Providing a highly active presence on social media - sharing, commenting, and participating in relevant groups/spaces to drive brand visibility and community interaction.

• Monitoring the social media landscape to keep in-tune with the latest conversations, topics, trends, and practices.

• Working with the Head of Marketing to track and analyse performance on each social media - by platform, content theme and format - with a view to refining the company's strategy for increased effectiveness.

• Delivering organic growth across all social media channels to increase brand awareness.

• Occasionally travelling to industry exhibitions (Europe, USA) to offer coverage of events on social media in the form of photography, vlogs and more.

My client has a great story and offering, including championing sustainability and we are looking for a passionate Social Medai Manager to bring this to life across TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Experience

• 3yrs Social Media Management
• 3yrs Video and Production (photography a bonus)
• Adobe CS ( Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
• Livestreaming (a big plus but not essential)
• Google Analytics
• Digital Marketing
