We are looking for an Snr Account Manager / Account Manager from a Digital Agency / Creative Agency background to join the team of a high energy, leading Creative / Comms Agency working with leading brands in the retail industry. The Ideal candidate would have Account Executive / Account Manager / Project Manager experience, ideally from an agency background (Creative preferred). Working with some exciting brands you'll Interpret client briefs into clear, detailed and comprehensive creative briefs to the creative studio team. Use a critical creative eye, strong proofreading skills and attention to detail to review all creative before it goes to client, to print or online. As a Account Manager you'll pride yourself in the ability to build successful client relationships, whilst managing expectations and workstreams.

Responsibilites:-

  • Financial management: keeping budgets, creating accurate cost estimates, raising invoices for all projects
  • Think commercially in all aspects of work: considering where efficiencies could be applied, or how to grow existing projects or accounts
  • Successful relationship development with junior and senior client contacts to enable regular communication and effective completion of projects
  • Contribute to and work towards a Key Account Plan for clients, including proactively looking for opportunities for account growth and the addition of new services
  • Use of our in-house job management system to expected standards: clearly communicating to the business forecasted costs, resource, billings and using it to share costs and timings with clients
  • Understand and employ the correct resource for larger projects where necessary, guiding internal teams to craft their response in a manner that is considered and inspired
  • Delegate tasks to junior members of the team, according to their skills and availability, and bring all aspects of the project back together into one unified response
  • Interpret client briefs into clear, detailed and comprehensive internal briefs to the creative studio team, including all key information distilled down into actionable insights where required
  • Proof and review all creative to ensure it is correct, and considers the client's strategy and overall creative output where relevant
  • Ensure that all reporting requirements for the client and internally are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Support senior members of the team to deliver larger-scale strategic campaigns
  • Multi-task and successfully prioritise accounts/projects/stakeholders so that all work can be successfully delivered and internal/external stakeholder expectations are managed
  • Deputise for Account Director by leading creative responses, client pitches, and large project status meetings with internal & external stakeholders; clearly communicating all information and able to respond well to challenging situations and personalities
  • Support senior members of the team to deliver larger-scale strategic campaign
  • Multi-task and prioritise accounts/projects/stakeholders so that all work can be successfully delivered and internal/external stakeholder expectations are managed
