If you're a Scrum Master who is a team player and is passionate about Agile, championing change to deliver value and if you like Motorsports then this role is for you - My client a leading force in Motorsport and is Mid Transformation and are looking to implement Agile delivery process and are looking for a Scrum Master with proven experience defining & adopting new processes based on agile working and use Agile/Lean methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions. Stakeholders and team members alike are relatively new to Agile delivery, so the successful candidate needs to be a competent, supportive coach to introduce the concepts, processes and the Agile routines/vocabulary whilst able to manage Stakeholders expectations.

The Scrum Master / Agile lead will be expected to work on-site at my clients stunning new Campus in Northamtonshire with a multi-disciplinary IT team to apply appropriate governance and structure to existing backlogs so that grooming, story point estimating etc. will underpin the execution of sprints.

Skills and knowledge required

• A recognised Scrum Master certification would be advantageous e.g. CSM, PSM I, SSM, SAFe
• 3 yrs defining & adopting new processes based on agile working and use Agile/Lean methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions.
• Competent in configuring and managing tools and technologies related to daily team interactions (including kanban boards, backlog management, KPIs etc.)
• Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Successful track record of managing and delivering both software and infrastructure related projects, Any ERP Project experience a big plus
• Effective communication skills including workshop facilitation, presentations and leading discussions with all levels of the business. The ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels is crucial for this role.

• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
