I have an exciting Paid Marketing Agency, that are growing at pace and now building a Business Development / Sales function and are looking for a Sales Executive / Busness Development Executive, ideally with a Digital marketing background (Paid Search, PPC etc) working as a Sales Exec for a Marketing agency.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individual with experience in advertising (PPC) or working in a sales/marketing function for an advertising agency to ensure that you can get underneath the bonnet of Paid Marketing Sevices and correctly articulate the value proposition to potential clients and partner agencies.

Key responsibilities

creating opportunities via whichever method you feel is most appropriate and effective.

You will be comfortable talking to prospects, face-to-face, on calls and over email to make a good first impression and build relationships.

You will follow up with prospects after initial engagement to nurture them towards the exploratory call stage or to check in with referral partners to ensure that you're maximising opportunities.

You will have ownership of updating lifecycle stages in HubSpot CRM so that the business can easily analyse the pipeline.

Your role doesn't stop at the lead generation. If the right type of leads aren't coming through it will impact our delivery team and client retention, you will be aware of this and will work closely with the delivery team to ensure we're aligned as a business. Working with the director of the agency, you will be responsible for delivering 5-10 qualified opportunities per month.

We need someone who is a self-starter, who will take ownership of the opportunity and make it their own.

This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in paid media and wants to move into a more sales focused role or someone who has worked in sales previously who wants to learn and understand paid media.If you are a Sales Executive looking for a an exciting opportunity with a fast growing Paid Media Agency this role is for you. Based in Northamtonshire the role offers 3 days in the office / 2 WFH.
