Are you a confident and experienced Paid Social Manager?

Are you Looking for a new challenge within a fast paced, rapidly growing, professional company?

As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will report into the Director and you will be responsible for managing all paid social activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

You will be experienced in dealing with developing and managing paid social campaigns, this will include both hands-on daily optimisation of campaigns as well as analysing data, running tests, collaborating on projects and identifying ways to improve performance for clients.

This is a hands-on role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in paid social and all associated channels in the fast paced world of lead generation for consumer finance in the UK and USA.

Responsibilities

• Day to day set up and activation of social media campaigns
• Using data to identify opportunities for optimisation
• Adapting activity in line with commercial performance
• Setting up tests and driving the testing roadmap
• Creating and optimising creative through regular testing
• Working with analytics data to create new audience segments
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Weekly reporting and feedback stakeholders on performance with recommendations

Experience and qualifications

• 2 years' experience of working in Paid Social (Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTiok)
• Numerate with strong Excel skills, analytical and comfortable working with data and Google Analytics
• Meta Business Suite, Facebook Business Manager,
• Hands on approach with keen eye for detail within data
• Highly organised and a team player
• Strong communicator with a 'can do' attitude
• Ability to react to internal & external factors
