We have a superb client-side Marketing opportunity in Northamptonshire. We are looking for a Marketing Executive, with a strong CRM experience to join the Group Marketing team as part of their digital transformation. The Marketing and CRM Executive will be responsible for the implementation of strategies across various marketing and CRM projects for the group of business. This is a rare and exciting opportunity, with a real chance to shape, influence and design the CRM framework and marketing practices, as well as become a critical member of the wider Marketing Team. My client is undergoing a big transformation in its Marketing Dept and moving from outsourced to an in house model and this opportunity gives great opportunity for growth. As a Marketing executive candidates should have strong Hubspot experience coupled with Data Segmentation experience. Whilst this has a strong CRM Lean we are looking for Marketers to run campaigns across CRM, Digital and Social to join the team.

Skills

• 2yrs Marketing experience (Online / Offline)
• Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (ideally HubSpot)
• Good knowledge of the Google suite: Analytics, PPC and Remarketing Models
• Good knowledge of Email Marketing Strategies and Tools
• Data lead, with strong emphasis on data segmentation and integrity
