We have an Insurance Tech Software Company currently in an exciting growth phase based in London. We are now looking to Strengthen the team with 2 IT Project Managers (Client facing). We are looking for Agile Project managers to deliver their solution which delivers real-time business intelligence and analytics, empowering users with a comprehensive view of their operations and a strong competitive edge.

As a IT Project Manager, you'll have proven experience in IT project management and expertise in the insurance industry. You will lead end-to-end platform implementations, working closely with global top-tier clients to ensure all successful completion of the projects. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the insurance industry: the company's platform is used by over 10,000 insurance companies in over 40 countries, built on Salesforce technology. You will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions that will help insurance companies Globally improve their efficiency, profitability, and customer service, working on high-impact projects that will have a positive impact in the lives of insurance professionals and their customers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and deliver end-to-end platform implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.

* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their business goals.

* Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

* Track progress and identify and mitigate risks.

* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

* 5 years of project manager experience in the tech sector, including Insurance implementation projects.

* Experience leading complex projects from inception to completion involving global teams.

Agile / Waterfall methodologies

* Deep understanding of the insurance industry and its systems.

* Clear and concise communicator and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.
