We are looking for a Business Development Executive in Northampton for a Digital Agency. S-SA digital are pleased to be partnering a New Full Service Agency, that has a superb pedigree, targeting a broad spectrum of clients from both the SME and larger corporate scales, it's offering provides eCRM, Digital Marketing. UI / UX, Brand and content. One of their first external hires is a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join a close knit passionate founding team. As a Business Development Executive you will be at the forefront of business development efforts. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, connecting with and securing meetings with prospective clients in the sports, travel & tourism, and financial sectors. Your creativity, strong communication skills, and ability to understand the unique digital needs of clients in these sectors will be crucial in helping them expand the client base. Although a new proposition my client is very well known in their marketplace due to founding members and you will have superb Digital offering to sell to warm accounts.

Skills/ Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, and business development within a digital and or creative
  • agency.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident and organised in planning and reporting results internally.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with web development and digital marketing technologies is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
