What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service supporting our SAAS based platform. Deploying software hotfixes and system upgrades to customers on the SAAS platform
Essential Skills and Knowledge
Experience in application support or IT support, preferably with external customers.
Installation, configuration, and support experience in SAAS environments.
Familiarity with coding and scripting (JavaScript, CSS, APIs).
Knowledge of relational databases and business workflows.
ITIL knowledge or certification is advantageous.
Previous Experience:
Experience in low-code application building, including coursework.
Logical troubleshooting approach from triage to complex investigations.
