We are working with a leading Agency in Northamptonshire (Hybrid 2 days office) that are leading the way in their Arena working with Global retail brands. We are looking for an experienced Account Director to run 2 Key Accounts (high profile drinks brands) coming from a Marketing Agency or Digital Agency (any Drinks / Alcoholic drinks exp a big plus). As a senior member of the client services team responsible for strategic interactions with clients, the Account Director (AD) will be required to establish new, and own existing relationships by developing a comprehensive understanding of their client's business, key drivers in their sector and become established as a trusted partner who provides value-added services. Able to easily deal with challenging projects, clients and situations through clever problem-solving and clear communication, the AD will be an individual who thrives under pressure. The AD will be required to manage a small team (Account Manager and Account Exec) and assumes ultimate responsibility for excellent servicing of these Key Accounts ensuring continued growth and success.
