S-SA Digital are pleased to be exclusive partner to a global eco-friendly eCommerce / online retailer looking for a Snr digital Trading Executive / ecommerce Manager to join the team. This award winning brand are beginning a digital transformation and are based in Northamptonshire and offer hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days WFH) as they strengthen the eCommerce team after a highly successful re-platform to Shopify. The Role would suit a eCom Trading executive / Snr Digital Trading Executive, as this role will be responsible for maximizing sales on the eCommerce platform. You will be responsible for exploiting this channel along with identifying other eCommerce areas to maximise ROI. Previous experience working in an eCommerce trading / web trading / online trading role is essential and you must have a good grasp of all areas of digital and have a strong commercial awareness such as sales forecasting, profit, gross margin and planning along with management of a small ecom trading team
Key Responsibilities
* Maximising online eCommerce sales, with a focus on sales growth including profit and margin delivery.
* Understanding of eCommerce landscape and how to successfully leverage online channels working with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure we're maximising visitors and conversion.
* Strong analysis skills using Google Analytics and other Google tools to understand metrics to measure sales and improve ROI.
