We have an award winning (Drum Search Agency of the Year) who are looking for a Outreach Manager / Project Manager to run and oversee outreach Marketing team (SEO, Content, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management). As an OutRerach Manager / Project Manager you'll be responsible for a Team of 2 direct reports (Seniors), with a team of 5 executives. Previous experience with Outreach and an understanding of SEO is an advantage, but not essential, we really need is a strong project manager ideally from a marketing background who is people and process driven, with experience in developing team members. My client is in an exciting growth phase and offer a superb working environment with great personal and career progression.

As discussed yesterday, please find attached the Job Description for the Outreach Manager Position. Salary is £34K - £44K (DOE). It is a hybrid role (3 days a week in our Bedford Office). Size of Team below them is 2 direct reports (Seniors), with a team of 5 executives who are managed by the Seniors - so 7 in total. Previous experience with Outreach and an understanding of SEO is an advantage, but not essential, what we really need is a strong project manager who is people and process driven, with experience in developing team members. Department needs a step change in approach to allow it to reach its full potential. The position has become available as the current manager is moving over to manage our SEO department that is expanding.

• Strong experience of project management and operations
• Ability to identify potential with clients existing activity and our services
• Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
• Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Commercially and creatively astute
• Experience with: Ahrefs, Semrush, Buzzstream, GA, GSC proficient
• Understanding of SEO - off page optimization
