We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 1st / 2nd Line Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing End User Support (Ideally in a MSP) Based in Swinton Manchester this a leading Microsoft Consultancy / MSP offering Hybrid working with office interaction 1 day a week . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our nationwide customer base, working in a fast-paced environment, and closing up to 10-15 tickets a day using ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues remotely and on-site.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to O365, VMware, Hyper V, Watchguard, Microsoft Server OS, TCP/IP Networking, N-able RMM, Backup Solutions, and Active Directory.

• Ensure that logged jobs are reviewed and escalated to provide the highest level of service.

• Follow change management processes and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Manage and resolve issues related to Windows 10 Administration and Support and Office 365 Administration and Support.

• Work with ticketing systems to document and track issues and resolutions.

• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

• Provide floorwalking support to ensure that customers receive prompt and efficient technical support.
