We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Lead / Snr Support Engineer ideally from a MSP to join an exciting IT Consultancy (Europe's Largest) in Northampton (Hybrid 3 day office) . My client are a leader in the IT Consultancy / MSP arena, they are dedicated to delivering top-notch Microsoft / Cloud solutions to their clients, and need an exceptional individual to drive their busy service desk operations to new heights. We are looking for a Snr Support Engineer or step into a Lead / Service Desk Team Leader, whilst maintaining Technical Involvement when needed. As a S you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our service desk operations, whilst assisting with escalations as needed.
This is a superb opportunity for Service Desk Lead or a Snr Service Desk Support Engineer looking to step into a Lead Service Desk support role preferably within an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. You will have proven MSP experience with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of the MSP industry but NOT Essential. You will have strong technical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of IT systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
