A passionate Tech / Developement lead, with over 12yrs PHP/Laravel developemnt, is now looking for a new opportunity due to redundency. Currently working for a Fintech Company, he has built and set up the UK Development funcation, building a 5 high perfoming sqads totalling over 30 UK Developers, whilst lead the charge on the product Developement. In his currenty position he also introduced "NoOps" enviroment, reducing DevOps reliance, accelerating deployment cycles and reducing costs.
He is now looking for a new opportunity as a Tech Lead, ideally for a Tech Org looking to build and transform its Dev Function. Based in Milton Keynes he is availale immediately for interivew.
