Our Client

An established & successful Contractor who is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover a northern sales territory.

My client has enjoyed many years as a successful Commercial Roofing Contractor with a reliable reputation for delivering a high quality service.
An opportunity has presented itself for an experienced salesperson with a background in roofing to join their team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying commercial project opportunities via an array of clients including Building Surveyors, Developers, Housing Associations/Builders, Local Authorities, Architects etc..
Working closely with the Estimating team & Contract Managers to assist in winning new business while maintaining old relationships & building
new ones.
Having manufacturing experience would be an advantage along with product/technical knowledge of waterproofing systems to offer technical solutions if required.
Must be an inspiring team player with good negotiating skills and an ambitious & tenacious drive to succeed. My client encourages a strong team dynamic throughout the company that has hugely contributed to much of their success.
