Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Worcester based client in their search for an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be integral to the continued growth of our well established market leading client. You will be responsible for managing a successful finance team which oversees the full breadth of transactional finance inclusive of purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury and credit control. My client is looking for a proven leader with a passion for developing team members whilst implementing process improvements to ensure productivity and team morale is maintained. Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Proven experience of working as a Transactional Finance Manager or similar level position
• Ability to motivate team members with one to one meetings/appraisals
• Manage shared service centre finance function inclusive of purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury and credit control
• Implement process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained
• Recruitment of new team members
• Compiling reports for senior management
