Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Birmingham city centre based client in their search for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading business where you will play an integral role within a dynamic finance function. You will be tasked with wide ranging transactional finance experience and have the opportunity to support with management accounts. This position offers hybrid working.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Experience working as an Accounts Assistant or similar level position
• Reconciling customer accounts and allocating payments
• Credit control duties
• Purchase ledger ownership
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Assist with month end and journals
• Prepayment and accruals
• Compiling reports for senior management
