SaaS Sales Manager - New York

My exciting innovative SAAS client is expanding their sales team and are now seeking a tenacious career driven Sales Manager to work with and manage the Sales Team in New York.

The successful sales manager will be leading the team and helping to generate pipeline, follow up on leads and lead demos & sales meetings to grow the customer base throughout the United States.

You Responsibilities:

Mapping out the market and uploading contact information to CRM (SalesForce) to build the leads pipeline.

Designing/Constructing sophisticated Email and LinkedIn Campaigns to send to prospects.

Following up on leads to prospects, introducing the solution and arranging regular meetings/demos with key decision makers.

Working closely with the Research and Development team to offer insight on how the software can be improved based on prospect feedback.

Attending face to face client meetings and running prospects through demos of the software.

Running the end to end sales cycle

Reporting and forecasting pipeline to Directors

Leading and managing a team

Developing the next generation of Managers & Senior Managers

Conducting training sessions to help develop sales skills & personal development skills

Experience Required:

Excellent communication skills: ability to speak confidently and effectively at all levels, influence the thinking of buyers

Ability to manage an active sales pipeline, managing internal and external relationships at differing stages of the sales process.

Ability to qualify leads/prospects and forecast effectively.

Comfortable in managing multiple workloads and differing pace.

IT skills – including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

SaaS experience

Competent in developing and managing teams to monthly targets
