Are you an organised and skilled Community Marketer who is able to manage a community of partners new and old?
Our client who has been at the forefront of global mobile satellite communications for over forty years is looking for an experienced Community Marketing Manager who has a track record of building relationships with partners through an on-line Community
Working on a Hybrid basis and closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, the Community Marketing Manager will work closely with the market development and sales teams to create a process for onboarding partners which will include creating profiles on the marketplace/portal, press releases etc.
We want to hear from Community Marketing Managers who is a strong communicator and has experience of
· Running a community and / or working in a programme-based marketing role
· Have some agency management experience
· Having excellent interpersonal skills with collaborative working style
· Being accustomed to working in cross-functional teams
· Working in a B2B environment
· Working in a wholesale environment with channel partners
Any understanding of mobile satellite, IoT or cellular industry would be very welcome, but is not essential
The successful Community Marketing Manager will have responsibility for creating engagement with the wider community of Partners through the development of and communication through the portal, as well as communications around events, event organisation etc.
You will own the success of the community with metrics around collaboration, onboarding numbers and satisfaction. You will also be able to manage an event schedule and execute events with support from the wider community and marketing teams
