My candudate is a dual national (South African / British) passport holder who came back to the UK in 2020. She did this in order to give her children better life and career prospects as the environment in South Africa is not conducive to this.

Prior to coming back to the UK, this candidate worked as the Credit Portfolio and Risk Manager at Rand Merchant Bank, South Africa for over 12 years. Where she improved risk processes and systems and developed strong client and subsidiary relationships.

This candudate understands complex risk and control requirements and has a record of enhancing business and operational performance, through coaching and proficient project management. She has worked with the board throughout her tenure here and also worked with a team of analysts to get her tasks done efficiently. She has worked on the credit / debtor side of the business and has many years of experience of this.

Since coming back to the UK, Janice has found it difficult to secure a Risk Management role and she has had to take and keep a role at Waitrose and Partners until such time that secures herself a role. She would be available at no more than four weeks’ notice and would be looking for a minimum of £50,000
