For many years, this candidate worked alongside a major sports retailer and worked with them as they grew throughout the UK. With the huge growth the company needed to adapt its work processes and he was instrumental in reworking their on-site programming to reduce it by one third. This was done by streamlining how suppliers and other disciplines could dovetail together throughout the fit out and identify areas and processes which could be streamlined.
