She is a certified scrum master that is looking for a new challenge as she feels that after nearly four years in her current company, she has taken her role as far as she can. Living in Farnham she is commutable up to an hour or so and her preference is eithr a fully remote or hybrid role.

Currently, she is working for a Health Tech company and is responsible for the strategic vision of delivery programmes of work to deliver on company goals and objectives. She Works as part of the extended Senior Leadership Team to create goals and objectives and supports the creation of realistic timelines and identify resource constraints.

My candidate works and supports a fully remote team to create a sense of community and togetherness and manages high priority projects from scoping to delivery.

She also supports the Programme Management team to effectively deliver programmes of work and provides regular updates to the Senior Leadership Team of progress against goals and objectives.
